While we strive to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information provided herein, we do not warrant or guarantee its suitability for your specific circumstances, and thus, it is recommended that you seek independent professional advice where necessary. By utilizing our services, you agree that our decision regarding refunds is final and binding, and you release us from any liability or responsibility for any loss, damage, or inconvenience incurred as a result of your reliance on our services or the application of this Refund Policy.

Refund Policy

We strive to provide exceptional service to our clients, but we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is warranted. If you cancel your appointment within seven days, you are entitled to a full refund. However, cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are not eligible for a refund. Depending on the situation, refunds may be issued in part, up to half of the initial payment, contingent upon our evaluation of service standards. Refunds may  be granted if the service fails to meet evaluation standards. Requests for refunds made after 5 hours from the service start date will be denied.
